If you’ve ever wondered why I decided to become a photographer, it all comes down to a lifelong love for storytelling and capturing genuine moments. From my earliest memories, photography has always been my calling.
When I was just five years old, I went door to door in my neighborhood, offering “quick photos” for 25 cents with my beloved Brownie box camera. I didn’t know it at the time, but the camera was broken! Still, my excitement to capture memories for others was real—and so was my entrepreneurial spirit. My father would always laugh about this story, saying he knew even then why I decided to become a photographer. He kept sharing that memory and laughing about it until he passed away in 2009, and it’s a story that still motivates me today.
There’s something magical about weddings, and they are a big part of why I decided to become a photographer. Each celebration is filled with unique emotions and candid moments that can never be replicated. Whether it’s a joyful laugh, a loving glance, or a tearful embrace, I am drawn to documenting these authentic stories.
For me, photography isn’t just a career—it’s a way to preserve memories, celebrate love, and tell stories that last for generations. Every time I pick up my camera, I’m reminded why I decided to become a photographer: to give couples timeless images that bring them back to the feeling of their special day.
